With the support of ICT we are able to get an insight into how this 5 year old was thinking........his parents and Whanau are able to share in his learning (as it appears on his class blog page).

Photograph experiences and have the children record (either written or orally) their thinking. In this example you instantly then have a 'provocation', an instant learning opportunity (other than the one you had planned!).
